Where are TechBusters Based?

Yes, just give us a call on 07 3824 6117 or send us a email to support@techbusters.com.au and we will ask you a few questions about your Computer Problems and organise a technician to come to you in a timely and punctual manner. TechBusters are renowned for being punctual and not letting you down.
Do you have a CALL OUT FEE?
If the job is located in the Redlands or Bayside Area, there is NO CALL OUT FEE, but a minimum 1 hour charge applies and additional time is charged in 30min blocks. So basically if you are in the Bayside area and we come out and resolve your issue within the hour, all you need to pay is the minimum 1 hour charge and for any parts if required.
If you are outside of the Bayside/Redlands Area, a minor call out fee will apply and the fee will vary depending on your location, this is simply to cover us for travel time and fuel for jobs that are quite a distance away.

When you come Onsite, will you definatly fix the issue here
When we come onsite, we will assess the problem, and if the issue can be resolved quickly (within the hour or 2) then we will do so. If we feel the job is a major issue and requires a lot more time to attend too, then we will recommend that the job needs to come to our office and we will scrap the whole time system of charging and give you a set quote. If you are happy and accept the quote we will pickup the computer and organise to drop it off when the repair is done and set it back up for you. This will all be included in the quote.

If I book you, can I cancel at any time?
Yes you can cancel, but we do request you give us as much notice as possible and please do let us know if you have booked us and do not require our services so that we can allocate that time to other potential jobs.

Do you always have the parts with you to fix the issue?
In our vehicles we carry parts which fix most common types of problems, but sometimes parts are required to be ordered as per needed for example, parts for a specific computer problem which need to be ordered directly from the supplier, in that case we need to reschedule your job to come out again to resolve the issue, this only happens sometimes, but can happen.. In most cases we are equipped to resolve the issue’s there and then.
